Draftroom is a subscription tool that monitors public news sources, extracts factual information, and helps you produce original written articles that you review and publish. Draftroom is an editorial aid. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving every article before you publish it.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account is intended for one newsroom or organisation.
You agree not to use Draftroom to produce unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or misleading content, nor to misrepresent generated drafts as the original work of any third party. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you publish.
Articles you generate and publish are yours to use. Draftroom writes from facts and provides attribution tools and a copied-wording check, but final responsibility for originality, accuracy, and attribution rests with you as the publisher. Draftroom and its software remain the property of Nagaland Me.
Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period (monthly or yearly) through our payment partner. Usage limits apply per plan. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.
The service is provided on an as-is basis. AI-generated text can contain errors; you must verify facts before publishing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nagaland Me is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content you choose to publish. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months.
You may stop using the service anytime. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Nagaland.
